Terms of Use.

1. Licence

CollageAI is licensed, not sold, for use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which applies except where these terms say otherwise.

2. Purchases

CollageAI Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase, all billed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.

The monthly and yearly plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown when you signed up. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited if you buy the lifetime unlock while it is running.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos and to the collages you create. The app sends nothing anywhere, so we never receive, store or claim anything.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
