Your right to deletion
You can ask to have your Fazivo account and the personal data tied to it deleted at any time.
How to request it
Email heldermrpereira@gmail.com from the address on your account, and say you would like your data deleted. If you applied as a supplier, mention that too.
What gets deleted
Your account, profile, and the personal details from any supplier application (name, phone, address). Records tied to a request or quote you completed with another user — such as an accepted quote — may be kept as needed for dispute resolution or a legal obligation, with personal identifiers removed where that is possible.
Timeline
Requests are acknowledged within 5 business days and completed within 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
