Terms of Use.

1. What Fazivo is

Fazivo is a marketplace that connects customers who need wood materials or cutting services to local suppliers. Fazivo is the intermediary that carries requests and quotes between the two sides — it is not itself a supplier, and it does not manufacture, cut, deliver or warrant any material or service exchanged between users.

2. Accounts

You need an account to request a quote as a customer or to trade as a supplier. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Supplier accounts require an application, which Fazivo may approve, reject or suspend at its discretion.

3. How the marketplace works

A customer posts a request describing what they need. Suppliers respond with quotes. Accepting a quote closes every other pending quote on that request automatically; it does not itself create a binding contract between the parties beyond what they separately agree. Fazivo does not currently process payment for any transaction between a customer and a supplier — arranging and settling payment is between the two of them.

4. Supplier trial and plans

New suppliers get 90 days of free trading. After the trial ends, submitting further quotes or listing offcuts requires choosing a paid plan. Fazivo may change the length of the trial or introduce new plans at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information in a request, quote or supplier application, not to attempt to bypass the trial or account-verification mechanisms, and not to use the platform for anything unlawful.

6. No warranty

Fazivo is provided "as is". We do not warrant the quality, safety, legality or fitness of any material or service listed by a supplier, or that suppliers will fulfil the quotes they submit.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Portuguese law, Fazivo is not liable for disputes, damages or losses arising between customers and suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the latest version is at this address with a new effective date.
