The short version

Fazivo is a real marketplace, not an offline tool, so it does hold personal data — but only what running the marketplace requires, and it never sells or shares it with advertisers.

Who this covers

This applies to anyone with a Fazivo account: customers requesting quotes and suppliers responding to them.

Account data

When you create an account, Fazivo stores your name, e-mail address, and profile image (from Google if you sign in that way). If you sign in with a password instead, only its cryptographic hash is stored — never the password itself. Signing in also creates a session tied to your device's IP address and browser, used to keep you logged in and to apply rate limits.

Supplier applications

Suppliers who apply to trade provide a business name, phone number, address and the last four digits of their Portuguese tax ID (NIF) — never the full number. To detect the same business trying to claim more than one free trial, Fazivo also computes one-way cryptographic fingerprints of the full tax ID, e-mail and phone number. A fingerprint cannot be reversed back into the original value; it can only be compared against other fingerprints to spot a repeat.

Requests and quotes

A request you post carries the location you give it (city, postal code, and map coordinates if provided), so nearby suppliers can be matched to it. Quotes carry the amounts a supplier proposes. Accepting a quote is recorded against your account so the marketplace can enforce that only one quote per request is ever active.

Cookies

Fazivo uses two cookies, both essential to the service and neither used for advertising:

• A session cookie that keeps you signed in.
• A short-lived cookie, cleared after ten minutes, that remembers whether you were signing up to buy or to supply when your sign-in redirects through Google.

What Fazivo does not do

• No advertising or analytics SDKs of any kind — nothing reports your activity to a third party.
• No payment processing today. Quotes and requests are proposals communicated through the platform; no transaction is captured or charged by Fazivo itself.
• Photo or document attachments to a request are not yet connected to any user-facing flow, even though you may see an option to attach one in the interface.

Where your data lives

Fazivo runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers, D1 database, R2 storage), serving customers and suppliers in Portugal.

Children

Fazivo is a business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketplace not directed at children, and it is not knowingly used by anyone under 18.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your account data at any time using the contact below. Deleting your account removes your profile; records already tied to a completed request (like an accepted quote) may be kept as needed for dispute resolution or legal obligations.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this address with a new date.
